Community Engagement

Pinedora Farms believes it is imperative to be involved with the community around us. We help support other organizations, we donate fresh organic produce to charitable organizations, we work with other groups to help raise money for local services and we will be looking at doing future educational events on sustainability and wellness very soon. This is the Pinedale's Annual Chuck Wagon Festival. It raises money for the Fire Department, the Community Center and the local Library.

Several times a year we offer classes here at the farm in gardening, when to plant, where to plant, what natural pest control works, planting by lunar cycles, what foods have the most potency for specific illnesses and we teach how to do juicing and why, along with so many other things. Each class's curriculum will be determined by the month/season we hold the class. Lunch is served and handouts are given for guests to take home with them.
